The individual and current total price for your order is summed up in the checkout, including any shipping and payment fees.
I offer secure payment methods via Stripe.

Deliveries and Returns
Right now, I only ship within Sweden and countries within the EU. For terms and the possibility of shipping outside the EU, please contact me via email.
In my webshop, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items ordered. The shipping fees are automatically adjusted at checkout, so you will always see the current amount for your order.
You can choose between regular shipping or insured shipping. If you wish for the item to be sent with stamps (regular shipping), this will be at your own risk. I do not compensate if the delivery is lost due to the shipping company’s handling.
For individual orders, the time agreed upon via email between you and me applies.
As a creative solo entrepreneur, great care is put into every detail, and I strive for perfection in every order. Orders are shipped within a week from the purchase date. Since I run my business alone, the processing time may vary depending on the order volume.
Returns
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you can cancel your purchase from the day you receive your order and return the item within 14 days. The item must be returned well-packaged, in good condition, and preferably in the original packaging if possible.
Returns are at your own expense. Please send the return as a letter or package – note that I do not accept returns with cash on delivery. If the received goods is damaged or if it is a complaint, I will cover the return shipping costs myself.
If you have handled the item more than necessary to determine its properties or function, and this has resulted in a loss of value, I may need to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the depreciation. Depreciation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to individual orders.
For returns, please send me an email, and you will receive all the information you need to complete the return.
Refunds
If you choose to use your right of withdrawal, I will refund the amount you have paid for the item as quickly as possible – and no later than 30 days from the day I received the return. Remember that you bear the return cost when sending the item back.

Individual Orders
To place an individual order, please contact me via the contact form under “Custom Made”.
Please note that the order is binding and made according to your own wishes, so I ensure to create something that is entirely tailored to you. Since I knit each garment by hand, my capacity is limited, and I unfortunately cannot accept a large number of orders per year. I also want to be clear that I cannot knit all patterns or sizes to complete perfection, but I do my best to create a beautiful and functional garment.
Orders made according to your own wishes are not subject to open purchase. When your garment is ready, I will send it as soon as full payment has been received, and both you and I are satisfied with the result. The handling time varies between 4–12 weeks, depending on the level of detail and scope of the order.
Materials
I primarily use Alpaca, Merino, and Mohair yarn from Viking, Du Store Alpakka, and Dale – all known for their high quality and durable materials. These natural materials result in fluffy and wonderful oversized garments that are soft, light, and comfortable to wear. Keep in mind that these materials are particularly suited for creating garments with volume and softness, so, for example, tight and robust Icelandic sweaters are not something I can achieve.
All my yarns are carefully selected to give you garments that not only feel fantastic to wear but also contribute to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly fashion experience. By choosing natural materials like Alpaca and Mohair, we make a conscious choice for both quality and the environment.
Remember that wool is a natural material, which means that your knitted garment will stretch and change in shape over time. It is also more sensitive to wear, so the garments require a little extra care to last longer. With proper care, you can enjoy your hand-knitted garments for many years, but unfortunately, I cannot replace garments that have worn out over time.
Care instructions
To properly care for your handknitted garment, follow these instructions to ensure its longevity and
softness:
- Air Your Garment First:
Instead of washing after every wear, simply lay your sweater in a well-ventilated area. Thanks to the natural antibacterial and antifungal properties of wool, this simple step can eliminate odors and keep your garment fresh without stressing the fibers. - Hand Wash Only:
When washing is necessary, hand wash your sweater in cold water with a mild wool detergent. Washing too often or with hot water can weaken the fibers, so keeping washing to a minimum helps maintain the softness and structure of the knit. - Avoid Wringing:
After washing, gently press out excess water—do not wring or twist the sweater, as this can distort the fibers and damage the knit. - Dry Flat:
Lay the sweater flat on a clean towel to air dry. Reshape it to its original form and avoid hanging it, as this can cause the sweater to stretch out of shape. The drying process will take a day or two, but it is well worth the wait to preserve the sweater’s shape and softness. - Store Properly:
Store your sweater in a cool, dry place, ideally in a breathable cotton bag to prevent moths from damaging the fibers. To further safeguard against moths, consider using cedarwood balls, which are a natural and effective repellent.
Note: Keep in mind that wool, especially alpaca, will stretch a few centimeters over time with regular wear. This is a natural characteristic of the fiber and adds to its relaxed, comfortable fit.
By taking advantage of the natural properties of wool, and minimizing washing, you can keep your handknitted piece looking beautiful and lasting for many years.
